Actually I just realised that the answer is something like:
"It's sad that today thousands of Americans cannot place their country on a map. I think it's a sad indictment [replace with easier word if neccessary] of our educational system. We need to spend more money making our schools excellent so that America can send it's citizens abroad to spread peace and democracy with some hope that they can find their way back.
We need to invest in the future of our children, because our children are the future and I want to hug every poor little child to my jiggly bosom [jiggle-jiggle, points in bag]"
