Default Too Laggy early on (6.50)

There are several of questions I have contained in this hand.

    1. Should I open limp in these early rounds? Its really too early to see if the table has been active or passive pf.

    2. I am pretty sure opp has an overpair on the flop, it just looked that way to me, so I doubt I have any FE. But on the offchance he is holding AK or something I might a little FE, but opp seems certain to go to showdown with this hand. I have 10 outs right now, is it too early to gambool? (I have 40% equity here)

    3. It seems I am trying to play to Laggy from early on, and not chilling and waiting for the blinds to go or wait for prermium hands. How nitty should I be early on, say until the blinds reach 75/150?

Preflop is fine, you have implied odds to limp and call the raise to try to hit a set.

On the flop, since you're first to act I would probably check and see what the other opps do (and call if you have odds to hit one of your 10 outs). Checking also keeps the pot a bit smaller (so any subsequent raises will be smaller).

Re your question about how tight to play early, I think the answer is pretty tight. Compared to the MTTs, the SNG payout format simply does not reward chip accumulation early
