i dig all forms of bacon. In a way, i actually prefer tender bacon to crispy bacon, and this is only because it guarantees that the bacon isn't overcooked and too crispy (i.e. at a shitty waffle house).

However, if given the choice, I suppose I like crispy bacon the best (so long as its not TOO crispy).

I like bacon in between crispy and tender, so I didn't vote. If you cook it until it's really crispy then you've cooked away all the fat. And I love fat.

Crispy, but not to the point that it crumbles too easy or anything like that, its not good that way. Of course being the worst way for bacon still makes it better than anything else because bacon is so fucking awesome.

One thing that sucked about giving up on pork is I lost bacon. God I used to love bacon, on toast with a little ketchup. With eggs for breakfast. On my burgers. Now, I can't even stomach the smell of any pork products, damn Naturapath.

in my methods of cooking class on grilling day we made grilled bacon. I thought my chef was nutso since Ive tried before (albeit on a charcoal weber as opposed to our cast iron grill ranges at school.) However she is spot on, most delicious thing evar. The trick is to keep it moving as soon as there is a flair up so it doesnt catch fire. If you do it right it is the most delicious thing ever. The wonderful fat just melts in your mouth.

p.s. Im a lil disapointed in you flomo, I mean come on, do you like your rib eye well done as well?
