SNG bankroll manangement

I looked in the digest for about a 1/2 a minute and couldnt' find it so I'll just ask straight out: About how many buy-in's should one have to be staked properly to play SNG's?

I'm asking about 2's and 5's (where I'm at). Also, how about at the 10's (where I hope to move up to eventually, in the distant future)?

Also, I'm planning on starting to multi-table some 3-dollar SNGs (which I've been crushing). Any advice for a noob multi-tabler? Also, I don't need twice the roll to double-table, do I? Thanks for the help.
