I think you're very lucky opp folded his queens when the K hit the turn.

What is the buy in ? seems like a very risky move that will fail more then it will succeed especially in low buy ins

sry forgot to mention, it was a 8.80$ 180man, on Fulltilt.
Just as bad as the 4.40's on stars IMHO.

I think way too often you will get called by people who can lay down mid pairs or A5

Ahh, that explains the wierd stack sizes.

In a 'chip accumulation' game v's a 'chip conservation' game, this move makes more sense.

I still dont think I like it, but the thinking makes a lot more sense.

    ty sir.
i just saw the flop as perfct for my 10/9. i put his limp/call as a AQ or AJ hand. he was limping a lot of decent hands utg.
When the King hit on, i thought to myself, if i shove he might see it as a bluff, so i kinda semi value bet it. it worked obv lool
P.S iv been banned from Pocketfags, intentionaly. i seriously hate there attitude and constant flames at random posts. there just a bunch of azz kissing, multiaccounting fools.
glad to be back home at FTR. i learnt all i know from this site, i was around in the good ol days, Rippy, Davsimon...etc.

i Think i have come on as a player in the past 2 1/2 years. and i hope to share some "wisdom" on this fine forum.

He may have limped with mid-low PP and then he hits a great flop

I can't do this stuff online. As a matter of fact, I don't do this stuff live as much anymore because I've been playing online so much.

But doesn't it make more sense to float and draw to a scare card? Granted, the king is a scare card, but raising the flop doesn't rep anything that the king hits.
    Check out my self-deprecation here!
