    flop bet is way too small, make a real bet, shove any turn except maybe the flush.

    I could also see just calling on the flop hoping to get a big multiway pot going.

    pre flop is iffy but I think it is OK at passive table.

    I agree with drmcboy, I would fold preflop. If there was another limper in front and the table was passive I would limp also.

    On the flop, I would bet pot to try to build the pot so you can just open shove the turn and win a bigger pot when they all fold.

    As played, of course you have to call the turn, if your hand isn't already best then you still have your 15 outs to improve on the river.

    It was early but the table seemed passive, so I dont think limping preflop is a mistake, I could have raised, folded or limped, and I dont think either has a big advantage over the other in this case.
    On the flop I should have reraised much harder, probably 1/2-2/3 of the pot, and as played I think no doubt I should have called the turn bet
