 first mtt final table
made my first final table! (i don't count sng;s) second in chips, last nine... couldn't have done it without the hours spent reading these forums... thanks FTR!!!
ps. it's only a freeroll with 170 runners, but I'm still stoked. 10th pays $20, 1st $300. Pacific, and I haven't even deposited there yet 
Update:
ouch, raised with AK hearts utg, big stack calls (blinds 4k-8k, i had 50k in chips, he had 110k, third had 30k). Flop ks, qh, 8h. Pushed (i was already half stack in), big stack called with kq and my flush-ace outs didn't materialise... Bad play? not sure, should I have pushed pre-flop rather than half stack raise? i think i was getting my stack in here regardless once that flop hit, so it's better to be pushing than calling... not sure.... sickening though, felt like i was in good shape for a reasonable pay... oh well, if the flush had hit I would have been applauding my genius (and been chip leader with almost double second place's stack...)
