I likey but mostly because of his range preflop, i have no idea why he'd do anything like this.

Semibluff. And I like it if he's not a total fish.

u don t seem 2 worried about repping AK

since we re only really worried about 222 then I don't mind calling and checking any river (obv shoving when we hit and expect to get paid off by AJ)
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

I actually think this is a bluff because of the possibility that you are drawing dead, but who defines this stuff anyway lol

I have a slight problem with this move actually. Are you sure he isn't good enough to induce a shove by minraising?

If your notes say that he minraises weak, then this is outstanding.

yeah the question of whether is is a bluff or semibluff isnt the right way to say it, its the same thing as saying is this good or bad.

I like this - with just a minraise on the turn he wouldn't do that with 22 would he? if you do have Ax then he is giving you the best possible odds to boat up if you are not already there, just seems a bit of a poor way to play 22.

I'm guessing he would fold A2 and raise AK so discounting those.

That leaves the most likely hand to be Ax with x between 10 and Q....So that brings about the question can he fold A10-AQ in this spot? if he is a weak player as you said then I dont think he would - especially with the minraise it seems to prove he is a weak player.

In answer to the title it's a semi bluff as id guess 22 is a low % of his range given his turn play. He could know you know this but its unlikely as you already said he was weak.

So it all boils down really to how often you think he calls with Ax which obviously depends on how he plays and what he thinks of you.

Didnt you psot this same hand on 2p2?

FWIW this hand can never be a bluff really, you obv know no boats are folding.

    So its a semibluff.
