In general I think folding to steals too often isn't something to worry about. Poor blind defense is probably worse than no blind defense because you're OOP for the remainder of the hand against an (presumably, since we feel the need to defend) aggressive opponent. Without having PT stats in front of me I think both my Fold BB and Fold SB to steal stats are 85%+, at this point I'm not too worried about this.
One thing to keep in mind is that these stats don't always paint an accurate picture of your play. I nearly always sit with loose-passive opponents to my right, so there aren't that many steals attempted against my blinds. When a 50/6 player does make a "PT steal attempt" he really has a good/great hand, so I'm not going to defend with junk (unless there are implieds to call and try to stack him). If the stealer runs like 24/20, however, he's gonna be facing a 3-bet a lot of the time.
Too low Attempt to steal % is a bigger problem than too high Fold to steal % imo, as it indicates that you're not (ab-)using the button enough. Position is such a huge deal that you want to be playing a shitload of hands when you have it.
