    Default HH 4 Review (3.4o)

I took your advice somewhat taipan168 and didn't play all day....decided to play one before i went to sleep though and bubbled out. I think i did better with being agressive on the bubble , just happened to lose 70/30 (44 vs A3o that's a 70/30 right?)

Hand 1 im kinda having trouble with...
Should i have shut down after he called me flop bet? I put him on a flush draw or possibly two pair after he called the flop bet. Didn't really think i was outkicked. Don't i still want to bet the turn just incase he's on a FD?
Ehhh my river bet? Probally just c/f river? But if he was on a FD it didnt come or if he had 2 pair it was counterfeited?
Obviously i was beat all along....
    Nice limp with 2-5o..

Hand 3- ??? Im pretty low , i was hoping to pick up the blinds. Didn't think A6 offsuit was gonna call lol. Mr 2-5 doubled me up. That was nice.

    Hand 4-He doubles me again...

Hand 7- Oh well... was he right in calling me there? Was i right in shoving this?

Did i miss a lot of shoves???

Also when looking at the Tournament history at the hands you didn't play what does P stand for ? Push? R raise? C call? F fold?
    Is that right.
Looking back i shoulda probally pushed the KJ one and maybe the J5 suited??

Played one more...Bubbled out....Break time till monday ...
Am i really not skilled enough to beat these donks at this level?
Just seems like I've been getting a lot of negative variance. I'm not claiming to be great or even good but i feel i should be consistently beating this level. I understand things should even out. It's probally just disapointment from running so hot my first couple weeks , and now runner bitter cold.
I think i need to start loading Tournament Indicator up when i play. Havn't been lately...maybe it will help with my push/fold game as far as knowing where my M value is.

Yikes just noticed the AK one. I registered and had to go take care of something upstairs and missed my only good hand. Wow that sucks.

The Q-10s hand i folded. Should i be playing this 6 handed? Woulda flopped Nut Flush and Straight Flush Draw. Woulda trippled through. But yeah that's being results oriented.

Hand 3- Theres 150 in the pot my stack is like 1150... Shoulda i have just opened shoved? Oh and i love how this is the first raise i make all game and this guy shoves over with J-10.
I really can't fold here and be left with 800 chips can I?

    Note: P = somebody pushed in front of you. C = call, R = raise, F = fold.

    First one (1966):

I thought you genuinely got unlucky with this one. You got cold carded at the wrong time when the blinds increased and lost a 70/30 at a critical time. That's poker!

    1. A8s - after your flop bet is called, I check the turn to keep the pot small. Your river value bet can then be smaller.

9 A BU (M = 37.67; f+f+f+f+f+f+f+F) (after Hand 1) - raise this when folded to on the button, 3-4x BB is plenty.

    3. A7s - fine. Love those players who limp UTG then call a push for more than half their stack with A-crap!

T A BU (M = 7.89; f+c+f+f+F) (before Hand 5) - consider raising this one depending on the stack size of the limper (if they're a short stack then shove it)

Before Hand 7 - you got cold carded and had no spots to shove - unlucky.

    7. 44 - fine, unlucky to lose the 70/30.

    Second tourney (1967):

2 Q SB (M = 31.56; c+c+f+c+f+F) - I'd call here and play for 2 pair or better. Folding is fine too thought.

    3. K8s - ugh this is bad on so many levels. Firstly, you're UTG and you have <12x BB. Fold this SUPER quick. You should be saving your chips for a good shoving spot. Secondly, once you get shoved over, fold again. Sure, opp was a donk to re-raise with JTo but you're mostly way behind his range here.

This is where you lost the tourney IMO even though you got unlucky to lose the 60/40 on Hand 5.
