Can you put him on a hand range? If not, do you have a standard hand range for these spots early on?

Unless OPP had been doing this a lot, I would probably fold here this early. You could be up against a higher pair or flipping against AK or AQ. I think an all-in would be called at a $3.40, especially since he has re-raised.
