why the free card? cbet & rep overpair (i.e. made hand)
as played, check/ fold river (unless you are 100% certain villain can lay down in such a big pot)

betting the flop or river is > betting turn, the turn didn't help you.

If you bet the flop and got called, I would bet the river for sure... here I think I still would. There are a ton of draws he might bluff with that he'll fold to a bet, maybe he has something like 87 and will give up.
