Default Short on the Button with JT.

This is a Stars $3.40. Is JT good enough to shove with here? The blinds had both been relatively tight. What hands should I be shoving with here?

It's marginal but if they're tight, I push.

agree, folding isn't bad, I probably shove if I have been quiet, fold if I have been active or just showed down a bluff or something.

100/200 I shove almost always and with antes always

Say the blinds call with 44+, A7+, KJ+. In this case you should shove your JTs and should also shove 22+,A2+,KTo+,K4s+,Q9o+,Q5s+,J9o+,J7s+,T9o,T7s+,96s +,86s+,76s,65s (37.6%) assuming an 0.2% edge.

If the blinds are tighter, only calling with 66+, AT+ then you should shove ATC. The problem in this situation, particularly at a $3.40 (but also at higher buyins because they know you will be shoving wide) is putting them on that tight a range.
