Default K9s in BB in blind battle

I guess you would call this a re-semi bluff steal? not sure... but I am curious about what you think of this play? I know flush draw, etc... guy minraises, now would that send off warning bells for weakness (hes betting enough so that he has enough to fold behind?) or as strength?
just wondering pros and cons of this play i suppose this is a fairly new table so I dont really have any reads on him, HUD stats show 42/17/inf over 24 hands...

bet flop, maybe you were going to check raise.

as played I like the turn, you look like you may have nothing and worst case you have some outs.

I'd rather try to get it in on the flop so you have two chances to make your flush. As played, with how much of his stack villain has in you have very little fold equity by pushing in this spot and you'd be crippled if you don't make your hand. I'd rather save face and wait for a better opportunity
