Default $16 - QQ push over reraise

Should I 3bet or just call IP here and why?
Call or fold to the push?
I have no reads on him, just that he has not played a hand before this (like 7 hands are played).

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t30 (9 handed) by Hand Converter CG

    Hero (t1455)
    SB (t1460)
    BB (t1460)
    UTG (t1305)
    UTG+1 (t1100)
    MP1 (t1850)
    MP2 (t1830)
    MP3 (t1185)
    CO (t1855)

Preflop: Hero is Button with Qc, Qs.

call, even if his range is AK, KK+ you are priced in and it's at least that big. I don't think I could ever fold QQ in a heads up pot pre flop.

Quick answer - 3 bet because you almost always have the best hand and there isn't any reason to think he won't put more money in the pot.

I typed a longer reply but I don't think it will be of as much use to you vs you thinking this out for yourself. Why you should or should not raise with a big hand is a good question to spend a lot of time thinking about.

What hands might he have, what are some possible results if you three bet vs call against those hands, pre flop and post flop. What if you raised less, more, shoved?

    3bet for obvious reasons.
Call or fold to the push?
    Call all day everyday.

    What is his range then?
Would he really push over my reraise with AK- and QQ-?

It really depends on reads...but without any I think the standard is to call.

recognize many SNG players simply do not play post flop poker so they are forced to shove medium strong hands in these spots.

unknown I'd say about TT, AQ+ is safe (even if you take out AQ you're still ahead, although it's a lot closer). but you'll see 77+, KQ, AT+ from a LOT of players.

Against a standard $16 opp, my standard play would be to play as you did (and call the shove) for the reasons that drmcboy gave.

The only time I could see flat calling in position would be against (say) a winning $60 regular whose range for raising over a limper from MP1 would be JJ+, AQ+. You are still going broke against AA and KK on an all undercard flop but you'd do that preflop anyway, and against a $60 regular you'll very often pick off a c-bet from a missed AQ/AK on an undercard flop whilst reducing your variance if an A or K comes on the flop.
