I've played JJ so horribly recently that I'd be tempted to fold here and try to do better with a later hand.(that's what my inner pessimist tells me to do)

It all depends on how active and how aggressive IWeezer has been previously. If he's done similar things on more than one occasion (specifically reraised HUGE preflop) to you or to others, you can't fold here. If he's been reasonably tight, then this is good fold. Middleground complicates things, but it becomes a shades of gray type of situation (the more LAG he's been, the more you should call).

I call here. Players at $5.50's do this with a lot of hands. No reads makes it a tough decision though. I would scope him and check him out first

He really shouldn't be doing this with AA-KK. QQ maybe, AK definitely, and I've seen it done often enough with 77-TT type hands I reckon a call's okay.
