Default LAG? Or LowBlind Fish Spew (6.50)

Would this be a LAG play? Or maybe even passive for not raising flop? I usually play TAG but the 3xbb raise making it 60 for me to see a pot of 220 was to good of odds to pass up. The flop bet seems weak but i rather not raise and have him re raise. Is flat call ok? Im hoping he checks to me on the turn so i can stab at it.
So all in all was this a bad play or ok?

Fold preflop. Even though you're getting good odds to call, you also now know your opp has some kind of hand and you're more than likely behind.

As played I fold the flop (you only have TPWK and 5 outs which might already be drawing dead, and by just calling SB gets his odds to chase a FD) and check the turn.

I also fold pre, but I just can't fold that flop to that bet. I play it the same postflop.
