Preflopamanets

The last 3 times ive squeezed at this table ive induced a 4bet push with hands i cant call with, hence why i dont squeeze preflop.
Give me alternatives to post flop here, i dont like this hand in anyway i played it.

Opp is unknown at time of hand, although i had the feeling he was ultra-bad. However turned out he was a super-maniac@40/20 so id like ideas on both.
