Default 10/20 - big bluff vs. bad regular - 150bb deep

Villain is 28/12/2.8 with a 22 wtsd% over a lot of hands. I've played a fair amount with him and he seems very nitty post-flop. He's made several laydowns in big pots and I don't think I've seen him make a thin call.

Not sure what the small 3b means, I don't remember seeing that before. After he called my flop raise, I put him on a smallish overpair... or maaaybe KcQc/QcJc. Thoughts about the turn check and the river bluff? Can a nit fold an overpair here?

Ok, some self-analysis after aim'ing with Halv about it...

    Pre-flop & Flop: Good.

Turn: Bad. I was trying to rep a full house, get a free card, and win a huge pot if we both hit flushes. WTF. Why rep the least likely hand when I can rep an 8 and probably get him to fold his most likely hands (TT-99) while I still have decent equity in case he calls? I should have pushed here.

River: Bad if he's even remotely capable of hand reading. I don't have an 8, so he has to put me on quads or 22. If he folds it's either because I have the best hand or he's a ridiculously bad nit.
