Default Interesting spot early on ($5.50)

Early on so no reads. What do you do here?

I would make it 80-100 to go from UTG+1 at a $5.50 so that you don't get 5 callers, but meh.

On the flop, I'm shoving over all day long with the nut flush draw, a gutshot and two overcards. You have at least nine good flush outs, probably three Ts and possibly five As and Ks to improve.

Your abolulty worse case scenario is the case he has a made flush, then you have 6-7 outs, which is roughly 25%.
In case he has 2 pair or trips you have 12 outs, and in case he has TP you have 15-18 outs.

The important thing here is that you have to see both the turn and river cards, as Tai said pushing over is the best move

Yeah that was all I was worried about. But I wasnt sure whether I wanted to risk all my chips this early in such a marginal situation, when I feel I have a significent edge over the table and Ive barely invested any chips in the pot.

Um, with a minimum of 6-7 outs but probably 9, 12 or even 17 - what's marginal about this situation? I'd say you're at least 50/50 to win this hand provided opp didn't flop a flush or a set, you have a little fold equity and even if you get called 100% of the time you have more than correct odds to take a 50/50 here.

    50/50 isnt marginal??

    pot odds yo

you are just giving money away folding this hand, period. Read Theory of Poker. You don't seem to understand basic poker concepts so I doubt you have the skill edge you think you do. "I have only invested XXX" is just terrible poker nonsense. The pot is the pot.

    This feeling isn't justified.

I don't mean that as a put-down; it's not possible to have such a big skill edge in SnG's that you'd want to pass up a spot as +EV as this one.

Hold the fuck on! If this spot is +EV, it's *barely* +EV. Against QJ or a set we have 13 outs, and both have redraws -- we're behind both. Against a made flush, we have 7 outs so long as he doesn't have Ks9s, KsTs or Ts9s -- miles behind that. Against KsQx we have plenty of outs. Best pray he has that, TsTx or something else totally retarded. This is a fairly thin push. Yeah, he should make it, but it's not huge.
