Well not technically bubble. 5 handed but 2 stacks have barely a BB each.
I was lost on how to play this. Would a min-raise of been better . I've gotta fold if a big stack shoves , correct?
LOL when i picked up this hand i seriously said "WHY NOW?".

This makes even less sense than before. Wtf are you minraising for? Shoving 5BBs with the blinds this big has to be unexploitable. I don't even know if you can fold to a big stack shove getting over 3:1 when ahead of his range.

and big stack only has 2 bb more than me. i shoulda been able to figure this out myself that its a obvious shove. its him who cant call without a premium hand. this post is now embaressing lol.
on a side note when do i have to fold JJ or QQ on the bubble?
If stacks are same butblinds 100/200 and i standard raise and big stack pushes over?
how about if im in BB with JJ same stack sizes some blind 300/600 and big stack pushes?
in 500+ sngs im yet to find that situation where i have to fold JJ or QQ on the bubble to the big stack.

Shove all day. The big stack isn't going to risk becoming a short stack without a solid hand like 99+/AJ+ and you're in good shape against most of those.

Very situation and read dependent, but there would have to be some extreme situation (eg. a very very short stack that will be AI in the BB next hand) before folding QQ or JJ on the bubble would be correct. AK is an ENTIRELY different story however.

In this case I push, picking up the blinds is a nice addition to your stack and if you get called its a nice bonus
