Default AQo 3-bet hand: standard y/n?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $1.00 BB (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    MP1 ($100)
    MP2 ($97.10)
    MP3 ($99.95)
    CO ($98.50)
    Hero ($100)
    SB ($114.20)
    BB ($126.75)
    UTG ($101.50)
    UTG+1 ($95.50)

Preflop: Hero is Button with A, Q.
5 folds, CO raises to $4, Hero raises to $14, 2 folds, CO folds.

    Final Pot: $9.50

Villain is 16/10 so this is standard y/n?

I think not reraising is terrible. I think his attempt to steal % may be more important than "16/10" though.

I 3-bet here with suited trash once in a while.

16/10 suggests he has a reasonable raise range and knows how to fold to aggression. I like playing back at him every now and then to keep him in line.

Then again, I can be pretty spewy...

i like 3 betting a wider range considering he is on autopilot multitabling and we look like a 15/10 or something.
