As I told you:
Downswings are expected especially at turbo's.
You ran extremely hot before and now really bad.
A downswing of 23 sux, but is expected yes.
You are definitely able to beat the 6.5's and you are trying hard to improve.
Just keep playing winning poker and think long term.
I see it upsets you quite a bit.
I am currently reading "The Poker Mindset" and it might be a good book for you.
Of course, no one is an emotionless robot when a 23 buyin downswing hits, but I did not tell every hand I was a favorite and lost during my downswings (of course I told some). E: and the money I was up or down after every session and ROI.
As long as you keep playing winning poker and trying to improve, you will be winning long term and then direct results of specific hands and a downswing become irrelevant.
