Default TPGK 3 To the flush BVB (6.50)

First off i made a mistake of letting sb just complete and not shoving back.
I've been having trouble knowing when to shove back at the sb when he completes according to wiz.
What do you do on this flop? I'd usually bet 2/3 pot not really sure why i bet full pot. That's pretty ugly IMO.
Do we shove a non club turn? Or does the flop call scare us.
I forget exact stats of sb but he's loose , something like 40/20 over 18 hands./

    Hero (t1445)
    UTG (t865)
    MP (t2585)
    Button (t3580)
    SB (t5025)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, 9.
3 folds, SB completes, Hero checks.

    Flop: (t400) 9, 5, 3 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t400, SB calls t400.

    Turn: (t1200) 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero thinks sb is trapping him but he shoves anyway.

I don't mind checking the flop, then getting busy on the turn. If he has a club, he probably has at least one over or a pair to go along with it so he won't be making much of a mistake by calling whatever you bet.

As played, yep I would just move it in.
