Default $27 - Basic AK spot

Hey this has to be pretty basic, but I was not sure what to do here.
    I had no reads yet.
If we reraise and he calls, we can cbet and get respect.
If we reraise and he reraises/pushes do we call?
What about just calling and hoping for A and or K on flop?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t20 (9 handed) by Hand Converter CG

    MP2 (t1500)
    MP3 (t1535)
    CO (t1610)
    Button (t1445)
    Hero (t1480)
    BB (t1400)
    UTG (t1530)
    UTG+1 (t1500)
    MP1 (t1500)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Kc, Ad.
    2 folds, MP1 raises to t80, 4 folds, Hero ??

    Hmm...
I dont mind flat calling to see a flop. But than you've thrown out your option to cbet a missed flop and get a fold IMO
I like re raising better so than when u "donk cbet" into him like you said he will give u more respect since u raised him PF and are now betting. will look like your playing a high pp imo.
If we re raise and he shoves u gotta fold.
If we were the BUTTON i would like flat calling more.

I like calling it off-suit, re-raising if suited.

Play it like two overs or TPTK on post flop. TOO EARLY IN TOURNEY TO GAMBOL.

I just call, try and hit the flop.

Im not a big fan of reraising AK this early OOP.

I think calling is fine, play passive if you make a pair on most boards.

re raising is also fine, you do have to play if he shoves pre flop (DH 101 we are 37% vs KK+,AK and his range may have AQ in it). Stack sizes end up awkward here which is why I am also OK with calling.

Can you explain the suited/not suited thing, because that makes no sense to me?

I think if anything it should be reversed, sooted plays better if the pot goes three way.

Based solely on my personal expierence:
AKs: I win @80% of the hands I play in (top non-paired hand).
    AKo: A bit under 75%.

Also, for me I earn over 1 BB/Hand with the suited vs. offsuit.

Also, being OOP, if you do hit a flush draw on the flop, but not TPTK, a bet can be made vs. a check/fold or check/call situation. Would you rather be 6 outs or 15 outs from hitting a solid hand? Or is he more willing to fold his AJ or crapola hand to your re-raise? Plus you get almost a 3% advantage vs. random hands. Just my thoughts.
