SEC prop bet

i don't usually bet on sports but i got an interesting proposal today. this chick wants to bet me 200 bucks that tennessee will win the sec. they would have to beat kentucky at kentucky next weekend and then beat LSU in the championship game in atlanta. at kentucky they will probably be a small favorite (-3 at best). and they will be at least a touchdown dog to LSU. that is if they even beat kentucky. 200 bucks is a good chunk of change to me, a poor college student, but i feel it is very very +EV. any thoughts?

really 200 is more than i can afford to gamble. that's the reason i asked...kinda bankroll management related i guess. but i figure i'm a pretty big favorite to win.
