1) Realy depends on who you are playing and how the hands where played. But my guess is that you as a MTT player overvalue AK preflop.
2) Compared to MTT the blinds are less important and position more important.
3) Once again it depends on how the hands where played, your image and theres. But as a general rule, people go less crazy with weak TP in cash games compared to MTT. So you need to have that in mind.
4) As said by others, depends if we are talking about a 3 card flush or 4 card.

As for the hand posted I agree with whats been said, you realy need to raise it more preflop. It alsow depends abit on how much you 3bet, if your tight about it, a small raise like that is even worse as your telling him that you got a big pair and then letting him draw for "free". He cant fold, odds or no odds, he hafto defend his raise to a small 3bet.
I have a rather loose 3betting range depending on who I'm playing (ofc). I'd make it something like 4 times preflop as he only made it 3BB. If he calls I'm stacking off aswell.
