Default $16 - QQ flush got there

It looks like he was chasing, what do you think?
What range do you put him on (readless) and what is your river line?
If we check what bets do we call?

With half my stack invested, I am tempted to go allin and hope he has a KJ type hand. I really don't see folding on the river.

I would shove the river, you are pot committed and I think you lose value from hands like AJ/KJ/QJ and maybe even crap like a missed KQ by checking, allowing them to check behind.

What do I put opp on?
    - Preflop: Too hard to say, a very wide range against an unknown.
    - Flop: Jx, AT, flush draw, KQ, 98, set.
    - Turn: AT probably folds but the rest probably stay in.
