Your stack size is awkward, but if you think he can fold on the flop, I reraise and almost always C-bet it. If you don't think he can fold, I don't hate the call, but just be aware that their are two bigger stacks behind you and a short stack, any of whom might squeeze/push. As played, postflop seems fine to me. Turn you can't really give credit for flush, but QJ, KQ, etc. seem to be in his range.

I like preflop. On the flop your raise size is perfect (new players note, it's the size of the pot not the bet that governs the size of the raise), and the turn push is goot.

I would reraise it 250-300 preflop and take it from there

I like the way you played this from start to finish. If his stats were 70/50 I would definitely re-raise and call a push, but 30/20 is not quite LAGG enough for me to want to go to war with AQo particularly because he raised from UTG+1.
