Default KQo in BB with 10x BB to SB shove ($27)

I ran this through SNGPT and this is +EV if opp shoves wider than 34% of hands (44+,A2+,K6o+,K4s+,Q9o+,Q7s+,JTo,J9s+). Opp's stats were 23/11 over 250 hands, he's a 5% ROI player who lost about $2K over his first 600-700 games but over the next 600-700 must have learned how to play because he's made it all back plus a bit.

So, does such a player shove wide enough to call profitably here?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (3 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

    Hero (t3980)
    Button (t5465)
    SB (t4055)

Preflop: Hero is BB with K, Q.
1 fold, SB raises to t4030, Hero ????

I think he will shove at least any ace, any king, any pair, any OK queen, so yes.
I am just another learning player, so read my comments (very) open minded.

IMO he shudnt be shoving that range, i fold easily!!!!!

i used to talk about time when id turn down some +EV (if it is even +EV here since we cant SEE opp's cards) plays to get better spots later, this is a prime example.

I don't know if a 23/11 shoves enough hands for this to be a profitable call. Without any reads besides those numbers I fold
