What do you think about hands 4 and 5 especially?

Hand 4 - Nice. With that many limpers your ten is probably no good. Even if is, its likely someone has a nice draw.

Hand 5 - I'd fold to the flop. King high is not worth calling, even if its only 60 chips.

KQ (sb) - You can complete the SB with this

Hand 8 - Nothing you can do there

Hand 4, I agree with the fold

Hand 5 is what I consider a Hit or Run hand, You didn't hit so run. Like the poster above said, at this early stage in the tourny K high is nothing.
