MTT all ins

Having donked off most of my chips on two ill fated full houses in cash games, I decided to use what was left of my BR for MTT fun and games.

I was quite amazed, in both rebuy and freezeout eents,$5 to $15 buy in, to see people pushing all in every hand. What do you reccommend, join in with similar: QA, AK, K10, JA or sit and wait for good hands?

I tried the latter and you're either pushed out of pots by all ins or yur stack is too small compared to the blind. So either your all in is covered easily or you don't make enough to stay in the hunt as a viable force.

As for rebuys, how many times should you be prepared to rebuy?
