My take on things (although I am no SnG expert):

1) I would push here, got less than 10bb and only one person that can call you. If he does call, you are probably coinflip.

2) I would probably fold here, it is an unraised pot so he could have any crap cards (e.g. a 4), or even a pocket pair bigger than 4, which has you tied or beaten. Even if he just has a flush draw with 2 overcards he is ahead (or close anyway). Plus it is early in, so no need to go crazy yet.

3) If it is just him in the pot, and he has been raising everytime, I would re-raise just to see where you stand. However, the BB could also have noticed he is raising every time and checked an ace to him knowing he would bet.

4) Pushing isnt that bad, since button only has 1385 in chips to start. After a 600 raise he has half his chips in pretty much. Nobody else really showed any strength yet, so you might as well try to get it heads up. I think he just about has to call your push at that point? Not sure though.

5) I would call it, but I'm not that experiences heads up. Depends on how the game has been going the last little bit. Have you been raising to 800 constantly? Has he been pushing constantly? Has he been folding? etc.

Upon further review regarding final hand: yeah, I guess it does depend. Is he in push/fold mode already? How often? 1 of 3, 2 of 3 hands? If so, it's probably a call. If this is his first push, I'd dump it and look to start open pushing more often.
