As an aside: Hand 6 set up Hand 9. I noticed that villain was complaining about the "donk play" in the chatbox after I rivered the ace in #6. I didnt reply, I just noted the info. When it came to bet the river in #9, I figured he may tilt-call his stack and I was right. A good reason to watch the chatbox from time to time after someone takes a beat.

I don't play 45-man games, so maybe correct strategy is different to single table games, but it seems that you are limping and calling raises from OOP with very marginal hands.

- Hands 1, 2, 3, 5, 9, 16, 20, 24 and 30 would all seem to be easy preflop folds for me.
- On Hand 4 I would raise more with AA, I'd make it 400-450 to go.
- I'd shove over on Hand 6 rather than flat calling, there are enough chips in the pot such that you don't mind taking it down now.
- Fold to the two shove overs on Hand 18.

I don't play 45-man games, so maybe correct strategy is different to single table games, but it seems that you are limping and calling raises from OOP with very marginal hands.

That's cause I am. I dunno, I'm trying to figure out how loose to get in these. Playing regular single-table TAG tends to make you real short w about 18-20 players to go.

Rest of the tourney (and well done on the win BTW):

- Stop minraising, raise at least 2.5x BB when blinds are big, or if your opps all have stacks <10x BB then shove all in (particularly if you have the monster stack).
- Don't minraise as a steal then standard raise with a strong hand. It can become very transparent.

31. AA - I'd make a standard raise preflop rather than a minraise. Looks very suspicious.

32-33. All good.

34. 62o - I'd just fold it preflop, with the monster stack there will be better spots than this.

35. A9o - don't minraise, make it 3000 to go. As played, bet the flop for sure here. You've been raising preflop and betting the flop very often, you might get a bluff shove over out of opp. As played, bet more on the turn with your two pair, you bet less than 1/4 of the pot - I bet 1/2 pot here. Again, your river bet is too small, I bet at least 1/2 pot. I think you lost an opportunity to win more chips on this hand.

36. 73o - don't minraise. I'd just fold it, but if you want to bully then shove all in preflop. As played, bet the flop with your pair and flush draw. Fold the turn.

40. J2s - shove all in preflop.

42. QJo - shove all in preflop.

43. Ditto.

46. Ditto (but I don't mind standard raising here since you're never folding to a push).

- Don't minraise as a steal then standard raise with a strong hand. It can become very transparent.

Looking at the HH, I was throwing all kinds of raises at them once I turned into a cardrack. To get a lot of chips, it helps to look like sort of lunatic and I think I had that image going.

35. A9o - don't minraise, make it 3000 to go. As played, bet the flop for sure here. You've been raising preflop and betting the flop very often, you might get a bluff shove over out of opp. As played, bet more on the turn with your two pair, you bet less than 1/4 of the pot - I bet 1/2 pot here. Again, your river bet is too small, I bet at least 1/2 pot. I think you lost an opportunity to win more chips on this hand.

Point taken. I think what you said to do on the flop I was trying to do on the turn. But I can see how I probably lost value here. My turn and river play really need a lot of help.

36. 73o - don't minraise. I'd just fold it, but if you want to bully then shove all in preflop. As played, bet the flop with your pair and flush draw. Fold the turn.
