    I shove this one preflop, and as played bet 350 on the flop. Shoving the flop wouldn't be too bad a play either considering that Hero only has 1100 behind.

    I shove PF.

    As played I'm checking behind because we have a weak hand that has some showdown value on a board that hits so many different hands. We're just getting C/R so often here that I'm just going to shutdown.

    Given that the table is still almost full, I'm probably just raising pre.

    Assuming we have 6 outs, were 20-25% to win, if he has us beat. And with him play 45% of his hands, we have the best hand here a lot of the time. I don't think it matters very much whether you shove or just bet 450+. You're committed either way. There's probably a little bit more value to just betting, since you sometimes face bluffs (ultimately meaning you win more while losing about the same as when shoving).
