Default would shoving this river be spew?

ok so villan in this hand is 21/7/3... his attempt to steal blinds is 15 and his went to showdown when saw flop is only 15. and he should view me as a tag. for timing wise he insta called flop and took a couple seconds to act on the river.

preflop is kinda marginal but w/e not looking for comments on that.
ok so would this be spew to just shove over this river? my thinking is that he unless he has 99 (i think he raises this pre not sure tho) or K9 he would check raise at some point or play it differently than this. also the flush draw missed and i think its possible he might just have some kind of Ace high hand with no draw, or maybe even some kind of mid pocket pair that didnt want to have to c/c another bet. so would pushing over his river donk out be good or just complete spew?

i folded this because ive been spewing a lot lately but i really wanted to come over the top.

his bet does look kind of weak and i think a push is better than folding provided your aren't percieved as being very aggressive. I think your assessment of his river range is good.

    fold pre

id make it 9+ preflop for sure cause we reaaallly dont want a call here.

shoving river is much better if u get one overcard to rep at least...

even so i think this player is either trying to ship u the pot or run an elaborate trap and hes probably too retarded to run an elaborate trap so sure, shove, but dont expect it to be a lot better than folding, probably only a couple bucks better.

It does look fishy & there's not alot of made hands in his range that take this line, could be 55, K9, 99, Kx - if he's bad.

The only thing I don't like is the board is paired & king is easily in your range and you've bet like you have one, so unless you are very aggressive he has to put you on a big pocket/trips alot of the time & has to think a bluff would be spew.
So it would be unusual for him to call bets on two streets with a draw (on a paired board) & then also to bluff lead river as well.
Also if he has a mid pp & wants to get to showdown cheaply donking for 45 is pretty much what hero would have bet anyway so he's not saving any money with that line and is risking a raise, so it doesnt seem likely enough
    either.

So I probably wouldn't shove the river in this spot, as there are too many question marks.
Currently thinking of a new quote/signature... Some sort of prayer to the Poker gods for enlightment etc..

I don't understand what villain's range is here, I'm fucking confused. Postflop looks like a PP that doesn't believe us but surely he'd raise that pre?

HIS LINE DON'T MAKE NO SENSE.

i d prob just minraise to get him to fold air
when the vpip's are high and the value bets are like razors, who can be safe?

    i'd just fold.

You have to fold because your range is too far behind.
It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?

I'd fold because everytime i see this line its the nuts.

I think the best case here is he has a 9...which he may fold to a push.

I'd fold here though. He has a K often enough and I don't think he'd fold it, even if he thought he was outkicked.
