K9o resteal vs SB open raise ($27)

SB's stats were 21/13 over 78 hands. There was a previous hand where he open minraised (to 300) from the button and I shoved from the SB for about 1300 and he folded.

With that in mind, how is this resteal? SB is getting 2:1 on the call.
