I would just shove it the first time it comes around to you. There are already 250 chips in the pot, this is 25% of your stack. Any time there is more than 15% of your stack in the pot and you have a hand you want to play, just shove it.

The other play here given that blinds are still low would be to just flat call and see a flop, but I must say with all those opps in the pot I would prefer to just shove it preflop since even if you hit an A or K on the flop your hand may still not be good.
