I was quite happy with the way I played here, with the exception of Hand 18 which I should have raised preflop. The reason I didn't was that the limper was a very loose player who would almost certainly call, but meh. Hand 17 I could have raised the flop but this guy wouldn't fold any piece of the board to a raise, meaning I'd have to hit one of my 9 outs to win.

Hand 10 Tells me that TORPO is not afraid of standing up to abuse. You played it fine but also remember that about TORPO.
Hand 11 Meh. I'd throw him a bone. Keep him nervous.
Hand 12 Is more effective if you fold hand 11.
Hand 13 Good especially given TORPOs proven tendency to call in the BB.
Hand 15 I like the push especially if you are pretty sure that a boat will flop.

The reason why Hands 22 and 23 are so effective for you is because of hands like 19-21. Those immediate actions taken prior to your big hands are what set them up to call, imo.
