3) Wiz says it it is not a push if the opps are not both very tight. Do you usually just fold in this spot? KQ or KJ often seem very good hands to me, and it might be a leak of mines of pushing. ICM is ICM, so I guess I should just fold, but I would be interested if you have some thoughts about these situations.

Hand 1 (88) - surely you mean fold the turn rather than fold the flop! That said, I would call the silly turn bet but fold the river, there isn't much you beat on the river with against two opps with the ace on board.

Hand 2 (KJo) - I bet the flop since you raised preflop and opp checked the flop. If opp checks or calls then you're beat, get out. Personally I give up on the turn, you may actually not have any good outs here and I definitely fold to the big river bet - whilst this could be a bluff, it may be that opp has been slowplaying a big hand and realises that this is their last opportunity to get some chips into the pot.

Hand 3 (KQo) - I don't play 6-max, but with blinds the way they are I can't see how this isn't a good push. I ran it through SNG Wiz and I think the default ranges are too loose, I ran the big stack at 20% and the small stack at 10% and it was +0.76% EV.

Hand 4 (66) - I just let it go on the flop with three players still to act.

Hand 5 (AKo) - I would bet the flop for 180 or so and hope to win the pot on the flop.

Hand 6 (TT) - with the preflop raiser leading weak into the pot on an A high flop, I just let it go right there. That said, if you have a read that opp leads the flop first in then your raise is not bad - but I would prefer it if the overcard was J, Q or K rather than an A.
