Hey, first of all, you have to understand that I am real new to playing SnGs. So please don't take my comment as the absolute wisdom, ok? (I still want to contribute to the community though

Well, I think I would just break it down. You just have to gather all the important information. This is usually how I'm thinking:

    - no one raised pre flop, they probably kind of limped in. I also think it is correct to check and see a cheap flop first.
    - you flopped a very good hand (ok, you already knew that), you even have the (very small) possibility of hitting a straight flush
    - your hand is very well hidden
    - very few possibilities to beat you (higher flush, if another spades hits, two pairs going full house on turn/river)
    - you're sitting in a difficult position being 2nd of 4
    - you are the big stack
    - no one is forced to make a move yet (stack/blind ratio)

I would try to give your opponents the possibility to draw on you by giving them pot odds into their hands, sth. like a half pot bet (200) from your position so people stay in the game while you already have the (most likely) winning hand and punish them for drawing later. Basically play it slow from your position, try to get them (and their chips) into the boat. Definitly don't scare them away. Try to act weak. You may even be lucky enough to get raised (you know, someone called pre flop with those pocket 8s) which is basically someone else giving you their chips willingly. You may even have the opportunity to kick someone out with this strategy. I would simply call raises btw. The weaker you appear, the more players will stay in the game. If you don't even get called with a small bet of 200 (or sth along those lines) you cannot make any more money with the hand anyway so just be happy about it

    compressed:
    - bet, but act weak, let THEM give you their chips
    - don't be scared about anything, see the hand through to the showdown
    - just be very alert on turn and river developments

If you are up against super tight players, you might even check, this solely depends on your reads of course. It's the best opportunity to punish aggressive players btw.

Well, those are my 0,02$ (I hope I made some sense)

I would lead out for 250 to build the pot since you flopped the nuts, albeit the somewhat vulnerable nuts since somebody with a higher flush draw could outdraw you. If somebody calls then I put them all in on a non- turn.

Id bet out 300with the intention of getting it in against anyone on the flop or turn. Betting out here is better than check raising imo, mainly because value bets will most likely get called as the board hits a lot of hands.

250 is good since it sets up a pot-sized shove on any turn.
