Default Should I call (raise) this?

SB had been aggro all game and had built a huge stack (very big raises, all-ins, hit some big hands). I'd been very quiet early but built my stack by taking on SB as blinds increased. SB had quieted down immensly after the last hand I won off him dropped him so low. We'd been ITM for ages, and Button had been staying alive due to a lot of folding going on. He'd been VERY quite, pushing about twice in the last 20 hands. I think he'd been waiting for SB and I to knock each other out as we'd been butting heads a bit.

No point calling, I'd either min-raise to put him AI or fold.

    Button (t1883)
    SB (t1262)
    Hero (t10355)

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q, K.
Button raises to t1600, 1 fold, Hero ???

Answer seemed obvious to me, but lets just say there was some discussion at the table .

    1400 to see a pot of 2500.
I call. (i.e. min re raise)
We still have a ton of chips if we lose and although i suck at figuring out exact pot odd ratios i believe were getting better than 1.5:1 .

If my maths are right, you need to call 1458 to see a pot of 2533. That's 1.74 to 1 odds so you have correct odds to call against anything but AK/AQ and QQ+. I call (put him all in) here.

Yeah, my thinking was that between:

    a) His stack v's blinds
    b) My stack v's theirs
    c) Pot odds

He could show me faceup any bar the hands you mention and I'd still call, and point a in particular (even though he's been quiet, blinds only just went up) make his range a lot wider than that.

Other 2 didnt see my logic though.

Usually I ignore them, but I know I'm not on my A game and a bit rusty atm.
