I like to make it 100 preflop (4x BB plus 1x BB for the limper). Otherwise, I agree with drmcboy, no point betting the flop when there are three opps seeing the flop with you.

With 2 opps cbetting seems ok. This kind of flop (rainbow with 1 high card) are perfect for cbetting. Against 3 opps I dont like cbetting tho, you get called too much

I wouldnt CB the flop as it is a 4 way pot. check/fold.
Pre flop is good.
