    Default TT lv5 $11

I am having quite a bit of trouble with this hand and in other similar situations.
Villain is very loose: 60/20/.9 over 42 hands

    PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (7 handed) [

    (Format: Bet The Pot)
    Button (t1215)
    SB (t2905)
    BB (t3285)
    UTG (t1580)
    MP1 (t1470)
    Hero (t1875)
    CO (t1170)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with [Ts], [Tc].
    1 fold, MP1 calls t150, Hero raises to t600, 3 folds, BB calls t450, MP1 folds.

    Flop: (t1425) [Kh], [5s], [7c] (2 players)
    BB checks, Hero ???

Its not the hand, its your stack. You only have about 12 BBs. Without a caller ahead of you, you might be able to get away with raising to say 400 and leave yourself enough room for a c-bet on a flop like this. With a caller in front though, a 4xBB raise only leaves you 8 BBs behind, and the pot will be more than that, leaving you nowhere to go. Now you're in a spot where you can push and hope he doesnt have a K, or check and hope he doesnt bet on turn or river putting you to a tough decision.

I push usually, without any reads to affect me. Villian being loose is one thing, but does he bet his hands or does he check and trap you? I try to take the pot with a c-bet, and if he has a K, ahh well, hopefully I'll suckout. There could be an argument for checking and folding later if need be as you still do have 8 BBs which is plenty to operate with.

In general though, push over the caller in front of you and save yourself getting into these positions.
Just dipping my toes back in.

    Push preflop.

Bjs said it very well, just shove it preflop then you don't have to make this decision.

As played, you have less than a PSB behind, shove the flop.
