I guess i play it the same. After calling his flop bet you gotta call the rest of the way down for sure.
And the fact your getting 4:1 on the flop i don't really mind calling to see how he plays out the rest of the hand.

I make it 400 to go preflop, I am not afraid to try to get more money into the pot preflop against an UTG limper.

As played, I agree with Detroit, I play it the same, I don't think I would fold at any point. If I was going to fold somewhere I'd fold the flop but getting 4:1 it's hard to fold IMO.

Those tiny bets scream a weak hand to me. You're either unlucky and he has something silly like A5, or he's hit a Q or has an underpair. Maybe even something really dumb like a draw.

You're definately ahead enough to call them all though.

Ah bugger, I misread the HH, thought blinds were 50/100 not 10/20. Hand is played fine in this case.

Out of interest, why is it we dont c-bet here? The amount of his range that includes Ax?

Yes, exactly - only hands that beat us will call the flop c-bet and we chase out all the hands that we beat.

Without any knowledge about how this opp plays top/mid pair hands I think you have to call down. With some really good reads I could see folding...I just get a feeling someone like this has A2-A4. There has to a chance this is Qx or worse though, betting patterns are very donkish

I would bet the flop, the problem with not betting the flop is that we let drawing hand complete for free

But the problem if we bet is that we get pot committed to a hand where we have no idea whether we are ahead or behind, if he calls how do we know whether he has a drawing hand, Ax or maybe even something like a lower pocket pair?

If you get called you do not know, same as when he bets and you call you do not know.
If you bet and he raises you can get out relatively more cheaply then calling him down on all 3 streets.

What was your move if villian would bet 600 on the river ? calling the flop bet does not give you any info on his hand, but it let him control the action
