    When playing on Stars: Poker Office because I found an easy way to get it for free.

    On Everest: Everest Tracker. A still free web based tracker. Works great. Doesnt have overlay capabilities though.

    I also have a physical notebook dedicated to poker where I write things down, thoughts during the tournaments, thoughts post tournaments, interesting hands equities, things I want to remember etc... Old school paper FTW!
