    I fold since we havn't put any chips in the pot yet.
    Prob has like pocket 4's or something and we will be flipping.

    90% of the time this is a PP that doesnt want to play a flop. You're either flipping or dominated neither of which is good at these blinds.
    Just dipping my toes back in.

    Weird spot. If I had a read from previous tourneys that he did this with Ax or crap like KT then I would super insta presto call but without a read I probably let it go and try to get his chips on a later hand.

    This is very often something like AK that doesn't want to play postflop or a hugely overvalued small-medium pocket pair.

    EDIT: I ran the ICM on this and it is as follows:
    - If you fold you will have 1510 chips worth 11.5% of the prize pool
    - If you call and win you will have 3080 chips worth 21.2% of the prize pool
    - If you call and lose you are out.

    Therefore, you need to be (11.5/21.2) = 54.3% to win to make this a good call.
