Default NL50, 3 barrel in a blind battle

No HH, this is from memory. I just sat down an orbit ago so no reads except that villain probably isn't that great since he limp-called.

$50 stacks, villain limps his SB, I raise to $2 with 4 5.

    Flop J76 rainbow, he check-calls $4.
Turn Q putting a flush-draw on the board (not spades), he check-calls $6.
River is another J (not a club) he checks and I bet $15 into the $19 pot.

Comments on turn and river please, and if you like the turn bet then what cards should I be planning to bluff on the river? I felt like this was the best river card to bluff because it made his range have a lot of 7's and 6's that would fold.

I like your turn bet, because 7's and 6's will fold a lot.
River bet should be good because there are a lot of missed draws in his range. He could also easily have a Q and not folding. A jack is also in his range so I don't really know how good of a river cards this is to bet.

In general I think your river plan when villain check-calls turn is to bet any card that villain checks to you. This is because of the drawy board and I expect villain to bet when his draw hits.
I don't think you can bluff raise any river bet by villain.

If the board is less drawy I think the J is actually one of the worse hands to bet.

I do wonder what other people have to say about the river plan though, cause I'm not 100% sure my reasoning is best.
