    Default multi-tabling

Can someone give me some tips on effective multi-tabling? I know that I prefer tiling my tables instead of cascading them, so that isn't an issue right now. How do I learn to label my opponents more quickly and accurately? Should I pick a table each "round" to pay particular attention to, or should I just catch the end of each table's round to see who won what?

    thanks!

what site do you play on?

it won't give you the same valuable information reads will but it will give you a good example of how the player plays (depending on his/her stats , vpip/pfr seem to b the most important when playing sngs)
with this you can at least label them as loose passive loose agressive / tight agressive tight passive , and my favorite "maniac".

I play on Pokerstars for the time being. I'm not sure I like it there, (the tables feel really slow for some reason) so I may just clear my bonus and move back to FTP.

    Thanks DH!

The best reads you can get when multitabling are with a hud, which is to say, not very good.
Get a big monitor so you can play all tables with no overlap, but if you can't do that:

Always position your windows so that the action buttons are never overlapping with other action buttons.
Always very deliberately click down on the mouse, hold down, and when you are sure that another window has not gotten focus, then lift up the click. This is especially worthy of watching out for when playing the Stars multi table sngs and the popup comes up saying you have been moved to another table. It has happened before that the window comes up, and just as I'm clicking "ok" another window comes in front and I call an all in at a final table with T3 off. Does wonders for your table image though if you suck out!

For pokerstars, open up the program and go to Options > Instant Hand History Options... That will show you where they are saved to. Make sure the "Save My Hand History" option is checked off.

Play a SnG for the first level or two to get an idea of the players around you, then open up a new SnG. Opening up a bunch of SnGs is tough because you generally will be shorthanded or heads up all at the same time
