Default $2- Flopped set against tricky opponent.

Without any reads, I definitely bet the river again. My reads on this guy was that he traps a lot. He's checked 2 nut-flushes on the river (1 in which he trapped opponent); he even checked a fullhouse on the river... do I still want to bet his river card? If so, how much? (half pot?)

First thing, you flopped trips not a set - a set is when you have a pocket pair in your hand and a a third comes on the flop; trips is when you have one in your hand and two come on the flop. Sets are better disguised than trips...

Other than that, I think you played this fine and with your read I would check behind on the river too. There are actually a lot of hands that beat you here - AT, KT, QT, JT, T9, 77, QQ, 99, flushes and KJ and J8.
